I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experience with Meg!

I originally came across one of her fur hoods on Instagram and immediately fell in love with it. When I went to her website, though, I couldn't find that particular hood available, so I commented on her post asking about it. Meg not only responded to my comment, but also took the time to message me privately and explain that she no longer had the exact fur color featured in the original design, which was why she'd removed it from her site. Instead of simply telling me it was no longer available, she offered to work with me to recreate it using another color if I wanted one.

From there, the entire experience was incredibly personal and thoughtful. She sent me photos of different fur options so we could find the right one, sent me videos showing the size and fit of the hoods when I had questions, and worked with me to essentially custom make the hood I had fallen in love with. She even reached out before finishing it because she wanted to double-check which color chains I wanted rather than assume and potentially make something different from what I had envisioned.

On top of all of that, I had mentioned that I was hoping to have it for Lost Lands, and Meg made sure it arrived before I left. Unfortunately, Lost Lands turned into Mud Lands this year, and there was NO WAY I was risking getting my beautiful light-colored hood covered in mud! So while it didn't get its festival debut as planned, I've worn it around the house and I am obsessed with it. It's so beautiful. Even some my guy friends saw me wearing it and immediately said, “Uhmmm yeah, that's badass.”

The hood itself is amazing, but the customer service and care Meg put into the entire experience made it even better. She was so friendly, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely seemed to care that I ended up with exactly what I wanted. This was easily one of the best experiences I've had ordering from a small business.

I absolutely love my hood, and I will 100% be ordering from Meg again in the future. ❤️

I've bought from whatthefluff twice now and each time I have been delighted. The hood that I bought most recently is gorgeous. So much better in person than in photos. Communication was excellent throughout and my order arrived quickly even though it was sent all the way to the UK!

I am beyond impressed at the quality and workwomanship gone into this gorgeous garment. I’ve been obsessed with Meg and her WhatTheFluffe creations for years now. My only regret is not taking the (hood) plunge sooner. Every minute detail has been thoroughly planned and executed ~ who doesn’t love a secret pocket?! The hood lays like a dream, the chains really weight it down in the best possible way. Do not dilly-dally… GALLOP to WTF for your next festival personality piece.

The quality is amazing. There's so many little details in this good that make it fit so well. The brim itself is reinforced to hold shape better! It sits really well. It's the perfect item for when you want fur, but don't want the warmth of a big furry garment. I've had so many complements on it! The maker was also able to do some minor customizations for me (swapping the lining colour) which was much appreciated and helped make the item fit in with my style a better.

Communication was on point. The fit and style of the hood were perfect and exceeded my expectations. For certain will order again in the future. Thank you!
