Shipping policy

 

For orders over $100, shipping price includes insurance up to the the cost of the item. Nothing can be done for orders lost after they are marked as delivered, but we will open a lost package claim for items lost in transit. Duplicates of one-of-a-kind items may only be made on a case-by-case basis. Signature delivery is highly encouraged for items over $600, and can be purchased as an add-on.
