Refund policy

☆ Please READ THROUGH THE LISTING DESCRIPTIONS PROVIDED to ensure correct sizing of ready-to-ship items and knowing what you are purchasing! It is the responsibility of the customer to read the full product description. If you feel an item lacks info, please reach out and ask! 

Returns are available for STORE CREDIT refund only! Store credit does not expire. Please email me within 3 days of receiving your package to let me know about the issue. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return. Once the return is received in the mail, I will review to ensure it is in the same unworn and original purchase condition. After passing the check, I will issue a gift card equal to the sale amount, less any original shipping/handling fees. Please do not send an item back without giving me a heads up! I cannot accept a return if I am not expecting it.

For returns on custom items, please email me as soon as you receive the item! Customs often include custom sizing, and thus returns for customs are reviewed on a case by case basis. When giving me your custom measurements, please ensure they are correct since I go off of these entirely for customs! If you aren't sure how to measure yourself, let me know and I will explain in greater detail. Alterations may be available if the sizing is a little off at the end, subject to charges depending on the need.
